FinnG Retire does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Period.
FinnG Retire is a retirement projection calculator that runs entirely in your web browser. All calculations — including Monte Carlo simulations, tax projections, mortgage tracking, and Social Security estimates — are performed locally on your device using JavaScript.
We collect no data. Specifically:
We do not collect personal information such as your name, email, phone number, or address. We do not collect financial information such as salary, account balances, investment amounts, or any numbers you enter into the calculator. We do not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or any form of usage monitoring. We do not use advertising or ad-related tracking of any kind. We do not transmit any data to any server, database, API, or third party.
FinnG Retire does not store your input data on any server. When you close the browser tab, all information you entered is gone. There is no account system, no login, and no cloud storage. If you use the PRO+ Saved Scenarios feature, scenario data is stored in your browser's localStorage on your device only — it is never transmitted anywhere. Clearing your browser data will delete saved scenarios.
FinnG Retire does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or data brokers. The app loads one external resource: Google Fonts for typography. Google's font service privacy policy is available at fonts.google.com.
FinnG Retire does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13. The app is designed as an educational financial planning tool.
Because no data is collected or transmitted, there is no data to breach. Your financial information exists only in your browser's memory while you are using the app and is discarded when you leave.
If we ever change how this app handles data, we will update this policy. Given our commitment to privacy-first design, we do not anticipate collecting user data in the future.
FinnG Retire is a client-side application. You can verify that no data is collected or transmitted by right-clicking the app and selecting "View Page Source" in any browser to inspect the code yourself.
